Thermaltake has released a press release announcing the launch, this CES 2019, of a new range of Level 20 RGB keyboards . Specifically, these are quite interesting premium range series.

Thermaltake Level 20 RGB Gaming keyboards, available with Cherry MX or Razer Green switches

This new range of keyboards has three elements per flag: the build quality, the RGB and the very interesting possibility of buying it with Razer Green switches. Compared to the first, the upper part of the keyboard body is built with a premium aluminum that will give an excellent feeling to the user. Of course, we do not have information on whether they will use PBT or ABS keycaps, but in the absence of mention it surely implies ABS.

Lighting capabilities are RGB, with 16.8 million colors and LEDs on the front and 3 sides, including full sync compatibility with Thermaltake power supplies, liquid coolers, fans, and LED strips. In addition, it also has synchronization with Razer Chroma, voice control by the Thermaltake app or Amazon Alexa, etc.

Regarding the available switches, we can choose between Cherry MX Speed Silver (linear), Cherry MX Blue (clicky) or Razer Green (clicky). It is interesting to see another implementation where Razer allows to include its mechanical switches without buying a keyboard of its brand.

The information is completed with dedicated multimedia controls, the inclusion of audio and USB ports, and the possibility of control of macros, light effects and more with the iTake Gaming Engine software.

We will have a black and a silver version, and they will be available at the following recommended prices:

  • $ 150 for the Cherry MX Speed Silver version. $ 140 for the Cherry MX Blue version. $ 130 for the Razer Green version.

The keyboards are already available for purchase, at least as indicated by the brand.
