If anything sets Thermaltake apart from other manufacturers, it's the complete range of RGB fans available to enthusiasts. But the Riing series was still lame, and with this new 200mm fan it's complete. Let's see what this Thermaltake Premium series brings us new.

Riing Trio 20 RGB, packed with lighting and 200 in diameter

This fan is not for a CPU cooler, but it does not need to, because it presents us with an incredible appearance and perfect to wear it on our chassis with tempered glass on the front or side. In case you do not know yet, the Riing Trio series consists of fans with diameters of 120 and 140 mm, but this third component with a diameter equal to 200 mm was still missing .

And is that the 200 mm fans are becoming very fashionable in the chassis recently released to the market by various manufacturers, including Thermaltake with its recently released Commander C31 series that we analyzed here just a few days ago.

This fan features PWM control operating in the 500-1000 RPM range thanks to a hydraulic bearing that is capable of lasting over 40, 000 hours. It achieves a maximum air flow of 123 CFM with an air pressure of 1.7 mmH2O. And the truth is that they are magnificent benefits with only 28 dB of maximum noise, thanks in part to the fact that they have rubber feet that cheer vibrations at maximum speed.

But the most interesting comes in the lighting section of course. Its trio surname means that it has three independent lighting rings, two of them on the outer diameter and one just on the bearing. All this makes a total of no less than 60 addressable LED lamps that we can customize from the brand's TT RGB Plus software or synchronize in the Razer Chroma ecosystem .

But it is not everything, because this fan in the Premium Kit incorporates a microcontroller that can house up to 5 devices with a total of 15 controllers attached. By the way, the brand recommends that we only connect this fan to the controller that it brings and not to others compatible with TT RGB PLUS.

Availability and price

If we want to give a more spectacular air to our new Thermaltake chassis compatible with these 200 mm fans, it may seem like a very interesting purchase, since it is the best it has to date.
