After withdrawing beta 7, apple launches beta 8 of ios 12

Yesterday afternoon, Apple released the eighth beta version of iOS 12 for developers, just two days after the newly released seventh beta version was withdrawn by the company due to performance issues.

Beta 12 "ahead" of iOS 12 arrives

For a few hours now, all registered developers can download the new beta version of iOS 12, either from the Apple Developer Center, or via OTA, after having installed the appropriate certificate.

iOS 12 beta 8 comes just two days after the release of iOS 12 beta 7, which Apple was eventually forced to withdraw a few hours after its release due to performance issues.

Following the release of the seventh preview, many users who had installed it began reporting issues when launching applications, with significant delays between the time an application icon was touched, and the time it was opened.

Most users also said that the delay disappeared after five or ten minutes of using the iPhone, however it was considered a serious enough error for Apple to withdraw the update until it was fixed. Additionally, some users also observed continuous freezes and freezes.

Apple first removed the “on the air” update and later also deleted it from the developer center. Because of this, no public beta version was released. Now, allegedly fixed the issues, an updated beta version has been released.

iOS 12 beta 7 removed the Group FaceTime feature that has been present in iOS 12 since the update was first released in June. Apple has decided to delay group conversations on Face Time to incorporate this feature in an upcoming iOS 12 update that has not yet been determined.

Furthermore, Apple has also released a new version of iOS for public beta users. This is the Public Beta 6 version of the twelfth iOS update for iPhone and iPad, which is identical to the eighth developer beta.
