Lenovo Yoga Book has undoubtedly been one of the most interesting computers that launched in 2016. At first glance, the device looks like a laptop with a convertible design, although at a closer look we appreciate that its keyboard hides one of the most interesting secrets.

Lenovo Yoga Book will have a successor

Instead of a conventional keyboard, the Lenovo Yoga Book features a Create Pad, which is basically a Wacom touch-sensitive tablet that the user can use with a digital pen to write or draw. Of course it also does the keyboard function, thanks to a mode that can be activated at the touch of a button to show the contours of the virtual keys. This novel device arrived in 2016 for a starting price of $ 499, making it a really interesting option. The only drawback is that the keyboard is difficult to use, especially at first since it requires a learning curve due to its peculiar touch.

Before the success of the original device, a second version of the Lenovo Yoga Boo k would be on the way. When Lenovo launched the first Yoga Book, it said it was driving this new form factor for a new category of devices, with plans to launch more models in the coming years. A recent listing on the Bluetooth SIG website describes a new Lenovo Precision Pen, which is designed to work with an unannounced device, called the Lenovo YogaBook2 Pro.

There is no information on the characteristics of the new model, the name suggests that it will be another convertible device with a pencil input. Maybe Lenovo has figured out how to make a Wacom tablet that's really comfortable to use as a keyboard, or maybe the company has a new design for its second-generation model.
