The ViewSonic VP3268-4K is the VP2768 's big brother and offers an ultra HD panel with a 16: 9 aspect ratio and a size of 31.5 inches.

ViewSonic introduced the new monitors in the United States along with the VP2785-4K, which is now available in Germany. The new VP3268-4K will be unveiled in Germany this month.

VP3268-4K as the older brother of the VP2768

The VP3268-4K is the older brother of the VP2768, a 27-inch screen with a 2, 560 × 1, 440-pixel resolution. In the case of the VP3268-4K it has a resolution of 3, 840 × 2, 160 pixels. With 8-bit panel technology and FRC technology, the color depth is 10 bits. Also, this ViewSonic 4K monitor is only designed to work with the sRGB color standard, which is 99% covered by this monitor.

No KVM multiplexer and USB Type-C, but HDR10

ViewSonic uses two HDMI 2.0 ports, a DisplayPort 1.2 port, and a Mini-DisplayPort port for connections. The VP3268 does not offer the USB Type-C port and does not include the functionality of the KVM multiplexer with the USB ports. The great workhorse of the VP3268-4K is the addition of HDR10, which allows you to take full advantage of this new technology. The contrast ratio is 1, 300: 1, which is a high value for an IPS panel, like the one with this ViewSonic variant.

The recommended price is 999 euros. The smallest sister model of the VP68 series is available for around 580 euros (RPP: 629 euros).
