Unboxing and design

The Wavefun X-Buds come to us in a fairly compact cardboard box, on the front we see the brand's logo along with a product image so that we can get an idea of its characteristics. On the back, its features are detailed, such as the bluetooth connection, the IPX7 certification that makes them sweat resistant, the integrated microphone, CVC 6.0 noise cancellation technology and its silicone ear clips.

We open the box and in addition to the headphones themselves we find a black case that will serve to keep them in perfect condition when we are not using them. We open the case and see a USB-Micro USB cable to charge the headphones and several sets of silicone pads of various sizes to fit the ears of all users. A pretty attractive presentation for a very economical product.

We now focus our attention on the Wavefun X-Buds and we see that they are in-ear type headphones made for athletes, the two headphones are joined by a flat anti-tangle cable and have a very soft silicone earhook so that they are well restrained and do not fall when doing sports. Both headphones are made with black as the predominant color in their plastic body while red takes care of the details, an aspect that I liked a lot. The use of plastic allows them to remain very light so that they will not cause fatigue after long sessions of use.

The right earbud includes all buttons and connections, we have a Micro USB port for charging the built-in battery, a large on / off button, volume up / down buttons, the microphone button and a charging LED indicator. Once you have them on, you will be able to change the volume from the right side, so it gives you many more options compared to other helmets that do not offer this possibility. It is a fairly light headphones with a weight of 21 grams so they are very comfortable to wear, the integrated battery offers a range of 7 hours in music playback and 250 hours in standby, its recharge time is 2 hours.

Wavefun X-Buds work thanks to Bluetooth 4.1 + EDR connectivity, allowing us to enjoy high-quality sound without the hassle of cables. To synchronize it with our smartphone or tablet it is very simple, we only have to press and hold the power button for 7 seconds and we will see that a blue and red light begins to flash, with this they are already in standby mode and we just have to look for them from the mobile to pair them, something really very simple and fast.

Final words and conclusion about Wavefun X-Buds

I have been using the Wavefun X-Buds for a few days and they have left me a very good feeling, they are very cheap headphones but they offer us excellent details for sports lovers. Its silicone ear clips work very well and will prevent them from falling off when we run or practice our favorite sport.

The sound quality is quite good although logically it does not reach the height of higher-end models, as is usually the case in this range of products, the bass is the weakest although the overall experience is very positive. Autonomy is also very good and it is that 7 hours of reproduction should give us for several days unless we make very intensive use, which is not recommended for the health of our ears: p

As a conclusion we can say that if you are looking for cheap in-ear headphones for sports or any other use, the Wavefun X-Buds are a very good option for a price of only approximately 20 euros. We can buy it at amazon at a very attractive price.
