Everyone will remember the 1 TB hard drive that Western Digital announced last year for the small Raspberry Pi development board, finally the prestigious manufacturer has decided to update its PiDrive range to improve its offer of solutions to users of this small system.

Western Digital adds new PiDrive products

Western Digital expands its PiDrive range with the incorporation of new models with a lower capacity and lower prices. Thus we can find a new disk with a capacity of 250 GB and a price of only $ 29, a disk of 375 GB for $ 39 and finally a 64 GB SSD disk for a knock-down price of only $ 19. We highlight that all of them include the micro-SD card with the NOOBS installation system that facilitates the installation of the Raspbian operating system. All new products use the same power and connection cables to the Raspberry Pi as the original PiDrive and are compatible with all Raspberry Pi models.

We recommend reading our review of the Raspberry Pi 3.
