WhatsApp continues to work on changes to its application. The messaging app works on many new functions, one of which we have already seen. When we send a photo in the app, there are times when we are not sure if we are sending it to the right person. This is something that they have also seen from the company, which introduces changes in this regard, with this new function.

Since soon they will show the name of the person to whom you are sending the photo. At the bottom of the screen that name will be displayed. So you know you are not wrong.

Test phase

This new feature on WhatsApp is currently testable, as it has been introduced in the app's beta. So those users who have access to the beta will be able to test it officially now. For other users, it will take a few weeks to launch in the stable version, depending on how long these tests take. If everything works well, it shouldn't take much longer.

This will allow us not to make a mistake when we send a photo. There are times when we can send a photo in the wrong chat. Something that can be embarrassing, especially depending on the content of the photo. Luckily, this is now part of the past.

Surely soon the introduction of this feature will be officially announced on WhatsApp. When the new stable version of the app is available, we can already enjoy it officially.
