Windows 10 anniversary update is almost finished

The Windows 10 Anniversary Update is projected for August 2 and the different builds Microsoft is releasing these days are supposed to be specifically for performance tuning and bug fixes before the Anniversary Update.

According to Dona Sarkar, director of the Windows Insider program, the final version is very close, and this is one of the reasons why new compilations are sent at a faster frequency to the Insider program.

There is no 'Release Candidate' (RC) version at the moment yet and Microsoft is trying to fix all the reported issues before compiling one, so it stands to reason that there are still some builds to release before August 2. Dona Sarkar is asking all members of the Insider community to continue to maintain the pace of submission and feedback on possible bugs that may arise in these crucial last few weeks before the Windows 10 anniversary update is released.
