Xiaomi stops supporting various smartphones

As usually happens when a phone has been on the market for a while, it is usually no longer supported. It is the case with a series of Xiaomi phones in this case. Although the curious thing is that they are all from the Redmi range. A range that now functions as an independent brand within the Chinese group. A total of seven phones are left unsupported.

End of support for some Redmi

Despite the end of the support for these phones, so they no longer have updates, Xiaomi has confirmed that security patches will still be released for these devices. So in case something happens, they are going to stay protected at all times. Something that is certainly of great importance to users with one of these models.

The Redmi 3S and 3S Prime, Redmi Pro, Redmi 4 Prime, Redmi 4A, Redmi 4 Global, Redmi Note 4 (version with MediaTek) and Redmi Note 3 (version with MediaTek) are the devices that the brand already leaves without form support official.
