Xiaomi will launch four phones with a 108 mp camera

Samsung introduced its first 108 MP sensor a couple of weeks ago. Already in said presentation it was made clear that Xiaomi was going to be the first brand on the market to use said sensor. Although at the moment we do not know which phone will use it (rumors say that the Mi MIX 4), it seems that the Chinese manufacturer is fully committed to this sensor from the Korean brand.

Since there will be a total of four phones of the brand that use this 108 MP sensor. Unfortunately, there are no details on these devices at the moment.

We also don't know when Xiaomi plans to launch these phones in stores. Most likely, the Chinese brand will launch one of them before the end of this year, at least one is safe. While other models would be launched in stores in 2020. Nothing is known about the specifications of these models or the segment to which they will belong.

Therefore, we will have to wait for the company itself to leave us with details about these devices. What is clear is that the company is betting on photography as its strong point, having presented the Redmi Note 8 Pro last week with its 64 MP camera.

It may be that in a few weeks the first Xiaomi phone with a 108 MP camera will be a reality. An important moment in the market, because the Chinese brand will be the first to make use of this sensor. No brands have confirmed their use so far.
