Xiaomi mi4s: technical characteristics, availability and price

Along with the MI5, the Xiaomi Mi4S has been announced, a model that comes to succeed the very successful Mi4C with a very renewed aesthetic and vitaminized hardware to improve the already excellent performance of its predecessor.

Xiaomi Mi4S features

The new Xiaomi Mi4S arrives dressed in metal like all the latest terminals launched by the Chinese giant. It is a smartphone with dimensions of 139.26 x 70.76 x 7.8 mm and a weight of 133 grams so we are in front of a fairly light unit. On the back there is a fingerprint sensor for safer smartphone management.

The Xiaomi Mi4S includes a 5-inch screen with IPS technology and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a very successful combination that will provide excellent image quality. The display moves with the same heart as we found in the Mi4C, a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, consisting of four Cortex A53 cores and two Coretx A57 cores alongside the Adreno 418 GPU.

Accompanying the processor we find 3 GB of RAM along with 64 GB of expandable internal storage, a combination that will move with ease the MIUI 7 operating system (Android 5.1) and the entire set of applications and games on Google Play. All powered by a generous 3, 260 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 fast charging technology.

Regarding the optics of the terminal, we find a 13-megapixel main camera with dual-tone LED flash and PDAF autofocus . It also has a 5 megapixel front camera to satisfy selfie-takers and very useful for video conferencing. The rest of the known features include infrared port, USB 3.1 Type-C, Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and GPS + GLONASS.

It will reach the Chinese market for an approximate price of 250 euros.
