With the launch of the GeForce GTX 16XX range of graphics cards, users were offered a cheaper alternative than the RTX 20XX range. The most modest model Nvidia currently offers among Turing GPU graphics is currently the GTX 1650. Zotac is now presenting a low-profile model using this GPU.

Zotac GTX 1650 LP is now available in stores

Last month, MSI was one of the first to launch a low-profile Nvidia 1650 graphics card. Now, in a report through TechPowerUp , Zotac has also decided to take advantage of the RTX 1650 with its own model.

When the 1650 graphics card was released, it was seen as a kind of logical successor to the very popular GTX 1050. Fortunately, Nvidia didn't repeat the mistakes of the past, and the 1650 is actually surprisingly solid as a entry-level model.

This low-profile version, however, has been clearly designed with the mini-ITX market in mind. As such, if we are looking for a construction based on a limited budget, this could be a viable solution.

How much?

Currently, this model called Zotac GTX 1650 LP with 4GB of VRAM memory, has a cost of 170 euros in Spanish territory.

Offering two Display Ports and a DVI adapter, it is perhaps a bit disappointing not to see an HDMI connector on this model, being widely used by modern monitors and TVs. However, the industry seems to want to move away from HDMI and bet on Display Port.

In short, this is a new option for those who want a very cheap graphics card but necessary to play at 1080 or sub-1080p resolutions in medium and low settings.
