Accelero xtreme plus ii
Artic Cooling a veteran of silent cooling solutions. It has already released its new version of VGA cooling: Accelero Xtreme Plus II that efficiently cools up to 250W. It consists of five 6mm copper heatpipes, 83 aluminum fins, three 92mm PWM fans with a minimum RPM of 900, and a maximum of 2000. And most importantly, a 6 year warranty.
The heatsink is compatible with the following reference Ati and Nvidia models:
