We wanted to measure the temperature of the Accelero Xtreme Plus with the best graphics card we had at the moment, the GIGABYTE GTX560 TI SUPER OC.

What does it consist on?

We will stress our to the graphics card with Furmark 1920 × 1080 for 20 minutes, which we consider to be long enough to evaluate the effectiveness of the heatsink. We have also added a profile on the fans thanks to MSI Afterburner. As we can see in the following images and graphics:

The Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo II is capable of lowering the GTX560 Ti Super OC to 1 GHZ up to 11º in full and 5ºC in idle. This is due to its 5 heatpipes, 35 aluminum sheets and its two silent 92mm fans. Although we did not like its aesthetics too much because of so much plastic.

Full compatibility with current graphics cards (HD5xxx, HD6xxx and GTS / GTX series) make it a perfect purchase for users who frequent to try different graphics.

The Twin Turbo II Accelero does not perform as much as the famous Accelero Xtreme Plus I / II but its cost is significantly cheaper (50%) and includes MX4 thermal pad. It is already available in Spain over € 35.

WE RECOMMEND YOUK shows the excellent overclock power of the Radeon RX Vega
