The two GTX 1660 Ti and GTX 1650 GPUs from the GTX 16 series will hit notebooks. A leaked slide from ACER shows Nitro notebook models with a 15.6 and 17.3-inch screen that mount these graphics.

The GTX 1660 Ti and GTX 1650 will make the leap towards laptops

China-based ITHome revealed the slide showing ACER laptops. The slide is revealing, considering that both versions of GTX graphics cards were not officially announced yet.

In addition, the GTX 1650 has also not been officially announced for desktop computers, but it is expected to do so on April 22. The GTX 1650 is rumored to use TU117 silicon, along with 4GB GDDR5-type memory via a 128-bit interface. We hope to know more about the new card in the coming weeks.

ACER will combine the notebooks with the ninth generation of Intel Coffee Lake H processors for the Nitro series. These processors use a 45W TDP manufactured in 14nm. ACER pays special attention to the screen, which has 144 Hz panels for both 15.6 and 17.3-inch models.

It is quite possible that ACER Nitro notebooks will be presented on the same day as the GTX 1650, that is, on April 22. Until then, the question remains about the performance that both will offer in the notebook segment compared to their older desktop brothers, but they will surely be a good upgrade compared to the mid-range gaming notebooks that we have.
