Adata isss333, new industrial class ssd drives
Table of contents:
ADATA Technology, the world leader in manufacturing of DRAM memory modules and products based on NAND flash, today announced the launch of its new industrial-class ADATA ISSS333 SSDs equipped with 3D MLC and 3D TLC memory depending on versions.
ADATA ISSS333 features
ADATA ISSS333 offers great resistance to high temperatures, vibrations and all the harsh conditions that exist in the industrial sector. These new solid state drives are equipped with a SATA III 6 Gb / s interface and a 2.5-inch form factor to ensure maximum compatibility. Compared to traditional mechanical discs, it offers much higher levels of speed, reliability and energy efficiency.
M.2 NVMe vs SSD: Differences and which one do I buy?
The use of 3D MLC memory improves the reliability of these discs and their energy efficiency compared to the more traditional 2D MLC memory, on the other hand, the use of 3D TLC reduces manufacturing costs. The 3D MLC based drives come with capacities from 120GB to 1TB while the 3D TLC based drives from 128GB to 1TB.
All the components of its PCB and the materials have been chosen to ensure the highest resistance in the harshest conditions, thanks to which they can operate in a temperature range from -40ºC to 90ºC, resist vibrations of up to 20G and the ability to resist in humidity conditions of up to 95%. They also include LDPC ECC technology to avoid most potential data read and write errors.
Finally, its performance reaches sequential speeds of up to 560 MB / s in reading and 530 MB / s in writing, they include SMART technology and they have a life before failures of 2 million hours. Prices have not been announced.
