Both models are manufactured with the Chip-On-Board (COB) process, which allows them to be more compact in size and more resistant to impacts, water and dust. The UD230 and UD330, with a foldable cover design, solve one of the big drawbacks of USB keys, when covers are lost. The USB connector can be stored in the cover while not in use. In addition, both models come with a large hole for use with straps for comfort and customization, allowing users to hold and carry them more easily.

The UD230 and UD330 are manufactured with the Chip-On-Board (COB) process, resulting in fewer individual parts.
