Seven months ago ADATA released the XPG INFAREX K20 keyboard. Now the manufacturer is announcing a new keyboard in that series with the XPG INFAREX K10. As inferred from the name, the INFAREX K10 is one level lower than the INFAREX K20. This is because this keyboard is a membrane-mechanical hybrid, rather than using Kailh's “blue” mechanical switches.

XPG INFAREX K10 is a membrane-mechanical hybrid gaming keyboard

It also features RGB backlight, but instead of per-key, it has 9 lighting effect presets, including Flowing Light, Multicolor Breathing, Seven-Color Cycle Flickering, Switchable Static, Six-Color Cycle Breathing, Red, and White Breathing Cycle, Red and White Cycle Flickering, White Static, and White Breathing.

Like any other gaming keyboard, the XPG INFAREX K10 has some anti-ghosting capabilities. This means that users will not see any 'phantom' inputs that they have not pressed by holding down multiple buttons simultaneously. However, since it is not a mechanical keyboard, it does not achieve full coverage anti-ghosting. Instead, it has a 26-key anti-hosting / roll-over limitation.

The keyboard has the same 104-key layout as the K20. It even has the same use of the Fn combo keys for additional functions.

How much does the ADATA XPG INFAREX K10 gaming keyboard cost?

ADATA did not disclose any official pricing information at this time. Naturally, it cost less than the K20, which at the time was around $ 80 at the time it was released.
