A new report indicates that 2016 will be the last year of the Lumia smartphones, it is not known if the manufacture or sale of these terminals will stop, but everything indicates that one of the two will be produced at the end of 2016. The Lumia will surely be replaced by the Surface Phone, a new line of high-end terminals from those of Redmond with the Windows 10 operating system and that could include totally new features, very possibly focused on the desired total convergence.

Thus at the end of 2016 the first Surface Phone would arrive on the market, who knows if it will include an Intel processor to give compatibility to the software written for x86 and thus achieve true convergence by being able to run the same programs as on our PCs.
