For months now, Amazon Spain workers have had problems with the management of the company, something that has led to strikes being called in the past. It seems that the problems are still present, because the unions are now threatening new strikes. One of them would take place during Black Friday, one of the busiest days in the store. And it is not the only one.

Since there is also talk of the possibility of going on strike during Christmas. So the problems for the company could be huge.

The agreement for the company's logistics center in Madrid expired almost two years ago. Since then, a new one has been negotiated, although these negotiations have not gone smoothly. Amazon decided to impose a multilateral agreement, something that did not sit well with the unions, which have already started with strikes. And the situation has not improved since then, and now new strikes are coming.

They have not been confirmed yet, although it is expected that this week they will be officially announced. The huelas would take place this November, for two days at the end of the month. Also on the bridge in December, in addition to the Christmas campaign (from December 15 to 30) and January 3.

If strikes continue, Amazon's ability to respond to demand for orders and for them to arrive on time at the busiest time of year is greatly reduced. We will see what happens finally, at the end of this week we will know.
