Amazon lists the new intel core i9 processor

The Intel Core i9-9900K processor has been rumored for quite some time, offering an innovative 8 cores to directly rival AMD's Ryzen series, matching its number of cores, as well as improving overall performance with higher clock speeds compared to to the previous generation.

The Core i9-9900K will ship with a pentagonal case design

Today, thanks to Twitter user @momomo_us , an Amazon ad has been found offering the upcoming Intel flagship priced at $ 582.50 and a new pentagonal case design.

If this case design is true, it appears that Intel wants to imitate AMD by shipping i9 series processors with 'premium' case designs, something AMD does with the Threadripper series. The box itself appears to be translucent, offering a very 'AMD Threadripper' vibe, the inspiration is clear here and it's pretty to leave on any shelf.

Like most pre-launch hardware listings, the $ 582.50 price provided by Amazon is likely to end up not being legitimate. Recall that a few days ago the prices of a retail store were also published, and in it the price of the i9-9900K was $ 480, cheaper than it was supposed. It is possible that the official price is closer to that of Amazon.
