Amd voids the ryzen warranty if you use a different heatsink than stock

Although AMD's restriction on product warranty is within the limits of the law, it does not mean that it is correct, since the use of fans or heat sinks does not cause any physical damage, quite the contrary, since they are there to keep the CPU temperature under control. Third-party heatsinks tend to be much more efficient, which makes the processor's working temperature lower than that obtained with the reference model, so all are benefits.
