Amd confirms that it will manufacture its gpus with globalfoundries
For a few weeks it was rumored that AMD could abandon TSMC and commission GlobalFoundries to manufacture its GPUs, finally the information has been confirmed by AMD.
AMD has reported that it will commission the manufacturing of its GPUs to GlobalFoundries and that the 28nm SHP (super high-performance) node will be used, which will reduce the necessary voltage to operate, allowing higher frequencies and superior final performance to be achieved in its GPUs. The AMD GPUs in the next year 2015 could be based on the GCN 1.2 architecture and the company needs any help to reduce the voltage needs and be able to increase the operating frequencies.
However, AMD has not completely abandoned TSMC and the Taiwanese could be in charge of manufacturing the next microprocessors with the Zen microarchitecture with the 16nm FinFET node. Remember that AMD Zen will come to succeed Buldozer and its derivatives such as Piledriver and Steamroller.

Amd will manufacture its 7nm processors with tsmc and global foundries
Lisa Su has confirmed that AMD will use 7nm nodes from both TSMC and Globalfoundries to create its next generation products.
Tsmc could also manufacture ryzen at 7nm alongside globalfoundries, though unlikely
It is possible that AMD Ryzen 7nm processors are made by both GlobalFoundries and TSMC, creating a situation where one foundry could produce better CPUs than the other.
Amd confirms that all its gpus dx12 supports ray tracing
AMD claims that all of its current DX12 graphics cards support Ray Tracing through 'DXR Fallback Layer'.
