AMD Navi is the next generation in the company's graphic architecture, and this call to succeed the Vega architecture, taking advantage of the 7nm manufacturing process. Originally slated for a launch in the middle of 2019, probably close to Computex (Early June).

Cowcotland reports that AMD has delayed its Navi launch plans until Q4 2019. The delay probably has to do with AMD's 7nm manufacturing cast for the year.

AMD: 7 nm roadmap

AMD currently relies entirely on TSMC ( Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) to manufacture its 7nm products. This roadmap includes the second generation of EPYC and the third of Ryzen processors, based on the Zen 2 architecture, and to a lesser extent, GPUs based on Vega's second generation, such as the very recent Radeon VII.

The first Navi GPUs are expected to be a light and fast product to replace the Polaris 30 architecture. In addition to 7nm, it could incorporate faster SIMD drives, higher clock speeds, and more cost-efficient memory like the GDDR6..

And you , are you waiting for it? What do you expect from Navi? Will it be a disappointment like Radeon VII?
