We have a major new leak regarding Navi graphics cards. A Sapphire spokesperson has reportedly revealed to the Chinese media very specific details regarding AMD's upcoming 7nm-based Radeon Navi graphics offerings, which would be the RX 3080 and RX 3070.

AMD Navi RX 3080 & 3070 would go for $ 499 and $ 399

The spokesperson confirmed that AMD plans to announce two Radeon RX Navi graphics cards, named Navi XT and Navi Pro, also known as AMD Radeon RX 3080 and Radeon RX 3070. Apparently, the announcement will be made public next week, Monday, May 27.

The Navi XT chip is expected to power the Radeon RX 3080. This GPU will provide slightly better performance than the RTX 2070 and will retail for $ 499, which, if true, would be exactly in line with what we've been hearing. for the last few months in terms of performance, although the alleged price is much more expensive than what we had previously heard of about $ 300.

Then we have Navi Pro, a slightly reduced version of the Navi XT, which is expected to power the Radeon RX 3070. This chip is supposed to provide performance that sits between the RTX 2060 and RTX 2070 with a retail price of 399. dollars. Once again, the demand for performance is exactly in line with all the information that has been leaking through technology in recent times, but at a higher price.

It should be noted that the specific nomenclature for upcoming AMD graphics cards has not yet been confirmed, so at the moment we are using the names RX 3080 and RX 3070 as a reference, but we do not know or mention these names in the leak. What has been named are the Navi XT and Navi Pro graphics chips.

The company is expected to announce the cards in less than a week, on May 27, with a full launch and demo at E3 on June 10.
