The Radeon R9 Fury X has hit the market with a few drawbacks like a nasty coil whine, which occurs even in low-load situations and a fairly noisy pump so AMD has rushed to check the card.
The Radeon R9 Fury X has had its pump modified to reduce the noise that this element generated in the first units and which was noted by analysts as soon as the card was first tested.
The new pump is visually identical to the old but can be recognized because the CoolerMaster multicolour sticker has disappeared and a two-color print appears instead. In the following images you can see first the original design and secondly the corrected version. Remember that you can remove the Frontplate from the card to see its inside without losing the warranty.
