This chip is one of the "forgotten" by the Ryzen 5 range of the AMD 3000 series, since it was only destined for China. It is a notch below 3600, but it is still a really good option in terms of value for money. So, the good news is that we can acquire it regardless of where we live.
Ryzen 5 3500X, will no longer be exclusive to China
It is a model that was released on September 24, 2019 for China and, basically, it is a smaller and cheaper version of the 3600. In this case, the 3500X does not have SMT ( Simultaneous Multi-Threading ), which is It means that it only allows 6 threads to be used at the same time.
If we bought it in China, it brought the Wraith Spire heatsink, but for the global market AMD is going to accompany it with the Wraith Stealth that comes with the 3600X. To tell you that, removing the heatsink, there are no differences between the European and the Chinese model.

The truth is that we can already buy it on Amazon, but we have not found it in any Spanish computer store. Its price is expected to drop in Europe because it is going to start selling now. Perhaps, it has that price due to the low availability in Europe. We have taken a quick look and we have only found it on Amazon Spain.
In Malaysia it sells for RM 639, in Australia for 250 Australian dollars.
