We return to talk about AMD Ryzen and of course to give a new displeasure to an Intel, which must already be trembling with fear at the good work of the new processors of its rival. New benchmarks of the Ryzen R7 1700X demonstrate once again that Sunnyvale's have been reborn from their ashes and are ready to take the crown off the semiconductor giant.

Ryzen R7 1700X sweeps the benchmarks

The Ryzen R7 1700X has gone through the tests of 3DMark Fire Strike Performance, CPUmark and Cinebench to be devilishly fast, so much so that it only confirms that Intel is going to do it badly, very badly for the new generation of silicons based on the Zen microarchitecture.

First we see the result in CPUmark, the Ryzen R7 1700X reaches 583 points, which puts it above the Core i7-5960X, which complies with 561 points. We continue with Cinebench that sees the Ryzen R7 1700X obtain a total of 1, 537 points compared to the Core i7-6800K at 4 GHz and Core i7-5960X reaching 1, 259 and 1, 318 points respectively. Finally in 3DMark the AMD processor has achieved 17, 916 points compared to 15, 872 points for the Core i7-6800K and 18, 635 points for the Core i7-6900K.

The AMD Ryzen R7 1700X is an 8-core and 16-wire processor that works at a frequency of 3.5 GHz and 3.7 GHz in base and turbo modes respectively, additionally it has XFR technology to further increase its frequencies if it has good cooling so the performance will be even higher. All this with a TDP of only 95W and a price of approximately 470 euros.

It is not long before the AMD Ryzen are officially launched and we can finally discover all their secrets, it looks more and more that they are going to give a good lesson to an Intel that has rested on its laurels. Of course we will offer you our own review.
