It has not been confirmed that it is the event of the launch of Vega but its arrival was expected for this second quarter so it is almost certain that the date of its arrival on the market will be announced. Computex 2017 starts in two weeks, so it is very likely that we will see the first Vega-based cards customized by the main manufacturers.

AMD Vega is the new high-performance architecture that is designed to work alongside the advanced HBM2 memory and aim to take the performance crown from Nvidia. Vega 10 will be the top of the range core with 4, 096 stream processors based on the new GFX9 architecture and which could reach 1600 MHz to offer formidable performance. AMD has focused on improving the power of each of the shaders instead of adding more units, so it has the same number of units as the Fiji core that gave life to the Radeon R9 Fury.
