Amd zen could get the process to 14nm finfet from samsung
With the Bulldozer microarchitecture AMD invented a new concept called CMT with the aim of being able to integrate a large number of cores in the processor. CMT is based on modules consisting of two cores each, however the cores are not complete and share units, this design has not met AMD's expectations and will be scrapped in its new Zen microarchitecture that will arrive in 2016.
Future AMD processors based on the Zen microarchitecture could be manufactured in the process at Samsung's 14nm FinFET, which would be a huge improvement over the 28nm Bulk used with the Steamroller APUs and even more compared to the 32nm used in the current FX.
AMD would turn to Samsung to manufacture its processors because TSMC is giving high priority to Apple and the rest of designers of processors and SoC are forced to look for alternatives to the Taiwanese giant of semiconductors.

Nvidia volta would use the process at 12nm finfet of tsmc
TSMC has received a new request for the manufacture of high-performance chips from Nvidia at 12 nm, it could be its new Volta architecture.
Intel turns to the 14nm manufacturing process for tsmc
Everything seems to indicate that Intel is reaching the limit of its manufacturing capacity with the process at 14nm, which prevents the company from manufacturing. Intel is reaching the limit of its manufacturing capacity with the process at 14nm, being forced to resort to TSMC.
Amd will use a 12nm lp finfet process for the second generation of ryzen and vega
New details on the new generation of AMD Ryzen processors and Vega graphics cards that will arrive under a manufacturing process at 12nm LP FinFET.
