Antec breaks the mold with the antec s10
Antec presents the new S10, an extraordinary premium tower and the first product in the entire new Signature series, designed to revolutionize the entire computer case market. Antec has taken the process of designing a case to a whole new level, such as a careful selection of the highest quality materials such as the polished aluminum of its side panels or the application of revolutionary new techniques such as the sophisticated split chassis. in three compartments for optimal heat management. By bringing Astro together as design partners, the Antec S10 is not only eye-catching in appearance but also a highly complex yet functional device.
"We committed to Astro to help us create a living and functional work of art, " says Antec General Manager Frank Lee. “The Signature series is created to be an inspiration. Every computer can be the basis for creating the most revealing technologies and the most beautiful works of art, and with this series we feel that we have reached that spirit. ”
Revolutionary chassis divided into three compartments for excellent air circulation
The three-compartment chassis represents a revolutionary solution for channeling and transferring hot air out of the room while producing minimal noise. The box has separate and exclusive compartments for the disks, the power supply and the motherboard to prevent some components from giving heat to others. All compartments are connected via innovative air dividers equipped with washable, fine mesh air filters. This design concept allows fans of ventilation to efficiently reduce heat from the top to bottom of the case, keeping the S10 not only perfectly cool but also noise-free.
Cooling without noise thanks to its central air circulation channel
The S10 Signature Series is equipped with a total of seven fans. Two 140mm fans and four 120mm fans to cool the motherboard compartment. A 120mm fan takes care of the disk compartment and an additional one can be installed to help cool the one in the power supply. The fan mounts can be released to make installation as easy and comfortable as possible. Thanks to the central air circulation channel, all the components will remain fresh with an almost inaudible work of the fans. Otherwise, the S10 can also be equipped with up to three water cooling systems. This box offers enough space for 120, 280 and 360 mm radiators. Using the six rubber tubes, it is possible to have a clean and organized cable management, in addition to optimizing the air circulation inside the box.
"We have redesigned the airflow inside the box by isolating the components based on their heat generation, " says our Director of Product Development: Han Liu. “By optimally positioning the main components we have increased the air flow while efficiently managing the heat of the system. This reduces their energy consumption considerably and makes the Signature Series a quieter and more environmentally conscious series. ”
High gaming performance with up to four graphics cards in SLI mode
The S10 tower comes with ten expansion slots and is compatible with SSI CEB, E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ATX motherboard formats. Up to four graphics cards with a maximum length of 330 mm can operate simultaneously in SLI mode to offer sufficient performance even for the most demanding systems. The wide opening of your CPU (219mm x 149mm) ensures easy access to install additional trays. Up to eight 2.5 "SSDs and six 3.5" HDDS can be installed in the disk and source compartment, which will avoid once and for all not having enough memory in the system. The disc compartments are silicone treated to neutralize vibrations; Hard drive installation is a matter of minutes and you don't need any tools. The I / O panel on the top of the box is equipped with four USB 3.0 ports to ensure the highest levels of transmission with external devices. A 5.25 ”bay is available to eventually install more controls for fans, a card reader or other devices.
