MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X is the new top of the range graphics card from the prestigious manufacturer based on silicon Nvidia Pascal GP102 to offer tremendous performance to the most demanding gamers. After displaying the first information a few days ago, the new card is now official.

The MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X uses a large TWIN FROZR VI heatsink that occupies a volume of two and a half slots and on which two Torx 2.0 fans are placed for great cooling efficiency, they also include Zero Frozr technology that Hold off until a temperature threshold is reached, at which point they begin to spin. All of this is placed on a custom PCB of the best quality and that includes a robust VRM with 8 + 2 power phases to improve stability and overclocking.

As usual, the card includes three different profiles so that the user can choose whether they prefer maximum performance or quieter operation.
- OC Mode: 1569 MHz Base, 1683 MHz Boost, 11124 MHz memory. Gaming Mode: 1544 MHz Base, 1657 MHz Boost, 11016 MHz memory. Silent Mode: 1480 MHz Base, 1582 MHz Boost, 11000 MHz memory.
MSI will also be selling an MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti with slightly lower frequencies and perhaps a somewhat more compact heatsink. Of course you will not be short of an RGB LED lighting system.
