MSI today announced its second generation of MSI ECO motherboards based on an LGA 1151 socket and Intel 100 series chipsets to support advanced Skylake processors.

MSI has introduced three new MSI ECO motherboards under the names H170M ECO, B150M ECO, and H110M ECO offering great energy efficiency while taking care of the final price of the product and of course the benefits. This is possible with the optimizations of MSI on the PCB allowing to lower the energy consumption without sacrificing the quality or the performance of the product. The ECO Genie and ECO Center Pro applications allow the user to fine-tune the power consumption of the system through a simple interface and advanced adjustment of various parameters such as CPU voltage and frequency.

Second generation MSI ECO boards include the most advanced technologies used by MSI like Intel Gigabit LAN with 15kv anti-surge protection to keep your system safe, Guard-Pro and Military Class 4 components and even Audio Boost.
