The Cemu development team continues to work so that all users can enjoy WiiU games, the new version is Cemu 1.11.6, and it is loaded with improvements in compatibility and performance of video games.
Cemu 1.11.6 now available
Cemu 1.11.6 will be available to all users starting tomorrow, April 3, 2018, until that moment, it is exclusive to those who have supported the project through Patreon. This new version improves compatibility in games like Super Smash Bros Xenoblade Chronicles X and Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water, which were not playable or had numerous problems in previous versions of the emulator.

Beyond compatibility, Cemu 1.11.6 continues to take steps in improving game performance, to continue trying to make all players enjoy them. Game profiles have also been updated with new options, and the Home key can be assigned from now on.
Additionally, this new version of Cemu adds the option to use a non-detachable shader system that can possibly fix GPU vendor-specific issues, improve performance under GPU scenarios, and fix compatibility issues.
Until now Cemu has been the only WiiU emulator that has managed to make Nintendo's console games work, remember that one of its star titles, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, has long been fully playable, in addition to be able to enjoy mods of graphic improvements and 4K resolution.
