Plehtor m7e hhhl and plextor m7e m.2 22110 announced
Plextor has taken advantage of Computex to announce a new SSD storage device with PCI-Express format and spectacular features, it is the Plextor M7e HHHL that will be available in capacities from 256 GB to 1 TB.
The new Plextor M7e arrives to succeed the M6e surpassing its benefits. It uses a PCI-Express x4 interface and a Marvell 88SS9293 controller to achieve impressive sequential read and write speeds of 1, 400MB / s and 1, 000MB / s respectively. Its performance in 4K random read reaches 140, 000 IOPS and in write reaches 125, 000 IOPS.
The same device will also be available in M.2 format to achieve the same features as the model with a PCI-Express interface.
