Aoc ag273qx, new 27-inch 1440p 165hz monitor

AOC has announced the AG273QX monitor - a variant of the previously introduced AG273QCX, the panel is flat, up to 165 Hz, and has FreeSync 2 HDR at 2560 × 1440.

AOC announced the AG273QX monitor that has a brightness of up to 400 nits with a typical contrast of 3000: 1. The panel is FreeSync 2 HDR compatible and DisplayHDR 400 certified.

With a refresh rate of 165 Hz, this means that the AG273QX draws a box approximately every 6 milliseconds, which is extremely important for competitive eSports players. Coupled with the 1ms response time (MPRT), this means players will see smoother animations and be able to react sooner than their rivals.

The AG273QX's 27-inch VA panel has a QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution that employs a native static contrast ratio of 3000: 1. In addition to the HDR implementation, AMD FreeSync 2 is used, which adds low-latency HDR tone mapping, low frame rate compensation (LFC), and a tearing-free game mode.
