Aorus fi27q: the new 165kHz gigabyte 2k gaming monitor

Today, the multinational GIGABYTE has announced a new monitor model for its gaming line of products. The new peripheral has a native 2K resolution, maintains a refresh rate of 165 Hz and can be found under the name AORUS FI27Q.

Your appearance may sound familiar to you and it is no coincidence. The AORUS FI27Q shares design with its popular big brother the AORUS FI27QD.

This peripheral maintains a good size, since its diagonal is 27 ″ and, in addition, it mounts an IPS panel at 2K. The icing on the cake is the refresh rate, which reaches 165 Hz and response times of 1ms, with which the company wants to reduce Screen Tearing and Blurring considerably . Unfortunately, regarding this last data, GIGABYTE does not indicate if it has been done with a GtG or MPRT test .

Regarding other characteristics of the screen, it will have VESA DisplayHDR 400 with 10 bits of image processing and the 95% DCI-P3 standard , so we will have excellent image quality. Also, FreeSync technology will allow us to have a more fluid experience when our team cannot reach the necessary frames.

In less relevant topics, we will have a mobility similar to that of its older brother, being able to configure the screen at different angles and heights. On the other hand, it has an interesting gaming appearance and LED strips on the back to illuminate the environment at will.
