Apple Releases Third Beta Of Macos 10.14.4 For Developers

In the afternoon of yesterday, and following the line of an accelerated plan of periodic updates, the Cupertino company made available to developers the third beta of what will be the next update of macOS Mojave, version 10.14.4. This new beta, for testing purposes like the previous ones, comes two weeks after the release of the second beta macOS Mojave 10.14.4, and almost a month after the last macOS Mojave update, 10.14.3, was released from official way.

The third beta version of macOS Mojave 10.14.4 is now available for download and installation through the macOS software update mechanism, either through "System Preferences" or from the apple icon in the menu bar and pressing → "Software update". Of course, this is an exclusive version for developers, not for the general public, and requires the prior installation of the certificate through the Apple Developer Center.

macOS Mojave 10.14.4 will expand Apple News for the first time to neighboring Canada, allowing Canadian users to access all information in French, English, or both languages.

The next update also includes support for the "AutoComplete" function in Safari using Touch ID on compatible computers, as well as an automatic dark mode in Safari. This means that if you have dark mode turned on, when you visit a website that has the option for a dark theme, it turns on automatically.

macOS Mojave 10.14.4 will likely remain in the testing phase for the next few weeks, while Apple finishes polishing features and functions, while correcting possible errors that are detected. After that, its official release is expected along with iOS 12.2, watchos 5.2 and tvOS 12.2.
