Apple had made a decision: there would no longer be any iPhone for sale whose screen size was less than 5.8 inches from the current iPhone XS. However, we all know that sales of the new terminals are not as good as expected. The company has been forced to correct its economic expectations and, in fact, production has been cut. Thus, now it has decided to return to put on sale the already retired iPhone SE although, for the moment, only while there is stock.

Apple "liquidates" the iPhone SE

Apple has put the iPhone SE up for sale again. For the moment, it has done so in the United States, and on its website of products in liquidation, which indicates that the company has a certain stock of this model that it wants to get rid of, and thus recover part of the investment.

Retired from the market last September, it is now possible to purchase a 32GB iPhone SE for just $ 249, a price that will undoubtedly be highly attractive to certain users.

Until now, the iPhone SE was only being produced for the Indian market, so this move is at least somewhat striking.

By contrast, other retailers have continued to sell the iPhone SE, often even cheaper than what Apple now offers. Benjamin Mayo, of 9to5mac, points out that it is possible to find it on Amazon for $ 150, or on eBay, also factory unlocked and in various configurations, for less than $ 200.

At the moment, it is unknown if this decision by Apple, still limited to the US market, will expand to other markets such as Spain. While some rumors point in the direction that while the company may soon launch an iPhone with a less than 5.8-inch screen, it would never be about those 4 inches from the SE.
