Asrock x99 ws
After leaking the first images of the Asrock X99M-Killer it is time to see one of the most anticipated motherboards, the Asrock X99 WS oriented to the world of servers. Among its characteristics we find power phases with Super Alloy technology (Large heatsinks, aluminum coils, quality MOSFETs and Platinum 12K capacitors).
By including the high-end X99 chipset it will be compatible with all 4, 6 and 8 core Intel Haswell-E processors. It allows us to install up to 8 128GB RAM modules, ten SATA 6.0 Gbps ports (we expected a little more, in the style of the Z77 and Z97 versions), Ultra M.2 connector and six PCI Express 3.0 connections to x16.

As we see in the images, it includes Intel's dual Gigabit port, the Purity Sound 2 sound card and USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connectors.
We still do not know prices and in which range this Asrock range will be located, hopefully it is affordable to all budgets because it looks very good.
The asrock x99 extreme 4 is the world's first x99 motherboard with Windows 8.1 certification.
The first certification for Windows 8.1. For the X99 chipset, the Asrock X99 Extreme 4 takes it where we see its first image and its aesthetics.
