The first image of the new top-of-the-range motherboard from the manufacturer ASRock with socket LGA 1151 from Intel has appeared, we are talking about the ASRock Z170 Extreme7 that includes very interesting features for gamers and overclockers.

The ASRock Z170 Extreme7 is powered by one 24-pin ATX connector and one 8-pin EPS connector without any other auxiliary connectors. It mounts a total of four DDR4 DIMM slots, surrounding the LGA 1151 socket, which support a maximum of 64 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory in dual chanel. Regarding the graphics section, we see three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots, so it will support configurations with up to three graphics cards. It also has a fourth PCI-Express x16 slot with x4 electrical operation and an mPCI-Express slot that houses a card with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

A distinguishing feature of the ASRock Z170 Extreme7 is that it is the first motherboard with three M.2 slots (32 Gb / s). Its storage capacities are completed with three SATA-Express 16 Gb / s and ten USB 3.0 ports, four of which are available on the rear panel and the other four through two internal connectors.
