Asus announces new asus expedition a320m motherboard for ryzen

Not all users of the AMD Ryzen processors are passionate about overclocking and the most cutting-edge features, Asus knows this and that is why it has presented the new Asus Expedition A320M motherboard, which is an excellent option to access the new AMD platform without spending much money.

Asus Expedition A320M Gaming is a new entry -level Micro-ATX motherboard for the AM4 platform, which means it is compatible with Ryzen and Bristol Ridge processors in addition to future Raven Ridge. Despite being an entry-level option, it offers everything a user may need and includes high-quality components to achieve excellent durability. The processor is powered by a 6-phase VRM system that draws power via a 24-pin ATX connector and an 8-pin EPS connector.

Surrounding the socket are four DDR4 DIMM slots that support up to 64GB of DDR4 memory in dual channel configuration to get the most out of Ryzen processors. It also includes a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot that will serve to install a graphics card and achieve excellent performance in video games. In the case of Ryzen processors it will be mandatory to put a graphics card, although in the case of Bristol Ridge we can use the graphics integrated in the processor thanks to the video outputs of the Asus Expedition A320M Gaming in the form of HDMI and DVI.

The rest of the Asus Expedition A320M Gaming features include a PCI-Express 2.0 x1 slot, an M.2 32 Gb / s slot, four SATA III 6 Gb / s ports, a Gigabit network interface with the Realtek RTL8111H controller, a Realtek ALC887 CODEC 6-channel sound system with high quality capacitors and independent section of the PCB to avoid interference and finally six USB 3.0 ports, four of them on the rear panel and two through an internal header.
