Asus Republic of Gamers has announced the ROG Delta and ROG Delta Core gaming headsets, both certified with high-resolution audio from Sony, and tailored for gamers who enjoy an immersive FPS experience.

Asus ROG Delta and ROG Delta Core

Asus claims the ROG Delta lineup is the world's first series of gaming headsets that comes with a high-fidelity ESS ES9218 QUAD DAC, offering clear, detailed sound when gaming. While the ROG Delta comes with a USB-CTM connector and a USB-C to USB 2.0 adapter for gaming on PC, console or mobile devices, the ROG Delta Core features the traditional 3.5mm connector that supports PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, smartphone and tablets.

Asus ROG Delta and ROG Delta Core offer updated Asus Essence drivers with Audio Signal Diversion technology, which helps separate high, low and mid-frequency sounds, and a frequency response of 20 Hz to 40 kHz for deep bass and crisp sound. Designed to offer maximum comfort, both headphones have D-shaped ear muffs that reduce the contact area by 20 percent and are tilted 12 degrees to adapt to the natural shape of the ears.

The ROG Delta headphones are also the first devices of this type to come with circular RGB lighting, producing multi-colored effects from seven independent lighting zones. Users can choose from six lighting presets and 16.8 million color combinations, which can be synced with Asus Aura Synch technology.

The Delta will be available for a sale price of 199 euros, while the price of the Delta Core headphones is 99 euros.
