Asus B360-V Expedition

Asus B360-V Expedition is a new motherboard designed for Intel's Coffee Lake processors, and with the B360 chipset, which allows to offer a good quality proposal at a reasonable price. This model is built with a Micro ATX form factor, and has a 5-phase VRM that takes power through a 24-pin ATX connector and an 8-pin EPS connector, more than enough on a platform that does not allow overclocking, and whose processors have a maximum TDP of 95W.

We continue to see the characteristics of the Asus B360-V Expedition with the presence of two DIMM DDR4 slots that allow mounting a maximum of 32 GB of memory in dual chanel to get great performance from the processor. It also has a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot to mount a graphics card, and get great performance in video games. Finally, we note the presence of six SATA III 6GB / s ports, a 6-channel HD audio engine, and a Gigabit Ethernet network interface.

The Asus Expedition series is designed with the objective of achieving great durability, for which very good quality components are used and advanced electrical protections are installed for the PCI Express slot, USB ports and network port. These motherboards are manufactured with a PCB with a separate section for the two audio channels, and are tested for 144 hours before leaving the factory to ensure proper operation.
