Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Phoenix, concentrated power
For a long time we have been seeing a trend in the manufacturers of graphics cards to offer models with a much more compact design than we are used to seeing, with which it is already possible to mount systems with very small dimensions and excellent potential for video games.
What graphic card should i buy? The best on the market 2017
The Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3 GB Phoenix graphics card is built with a custom PCB with a length of 18.3 cm and that takes power through a single auxiliary 6-pin connector, something that speaks to the great energy efficiency achieved by the Nvidia Pascal architecture and its GP106 chip. A fairly simple heatsink is placed on top of it and it is formed by a monolithic aluminum radiator or with fins in the form of a spiral and on top of which a simple 80 mm fan is placed that is responsible for generating the air flow necessary for a good cooling.
With these features the Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Phoenix comes with core and turbo operating frequencies at the core of 1, 506 MHz and 1, 706 MHz respectively. Its 3 GB of GDDR5 memory runs at 8 GHz. Includes video outputs in the form of 2x DisplayPort, 2x HDMI and 1x DVI.
Its price has not been mentioned.
