ASUS presents its Theta Electret Hi-Fi gaming headphones
They stand out for being compatible with a wide variety of gaming platforms such as PC, Mac, consoles, Nintendo Switch and mobile phones. Plus, because they pair perfectly with dedicated DACs and amps, they're an ideal choice for gamers and audiophiles looking for uncompromising sound quality.
Quality headphones
Designed for both audiophiles and gamers alike, the ROG Theta Electret headphones offer exceptional sound and a robust design. Electret technology offers great transparency in the high and mid frequency range. Users can combine these headphones with a high-end DAC or amplifier to enjoy pure, high-resolution sound.
To increase user immersion in games, the ROG Theta Electret combine electret elements with ASUS Essence neodymium drivers and a watertight camera design that increases bass punch. Plus, its silver-plated copper cable preserves the details of the high-frequency range, resulting in exceptional clarity and stereo imaging. They incorporate a boom microphone with signal deviation technology that reduces interference between frequency ranges and allows clear communication. In addition, these headphones have Discord and TeamSpeak certifications.
The ROG Theta Electret comes with a pair of ROG Hybrid pads and a second pair finished in faux leather. ROG Hybrid pads reduce heat by 25%, keeping the user cooler during long gaming sessions. Both pads allow you to play for long periods of time without experiencing fatigue or excessive heat, feature an ergonomic reverse D-shape design, and offer a firm, comfortable fit.
ROG Hybrid pads reduce pressure on the glasses during long gaming sessions. They have a soft foam section that creates a channel for the temples of the glasses. To further enhance comfort during long listening and playing sessions, the ROG Theta Electret has an aluminum alloy construction that helps dissipate heat.
The ASUS ROG Theta Electret are already available today, with a recommended price of 299.99 euros.
