Following huge power supplies like ROG Thor, ASUS is officially announcing new power supplies that will join its catalog. These are the ASUS ROG Strix 650G and ROG Strix 750G.

No wonder ASUS continues to work with Seasonic, allowing us to offer a block with a ten-year warranty. And as with the ROG Thor, the brand is overhauling the cooling system with large aluminum radiators, plus a 135mm fan that cuts below 40% of the load. And for customization, ASUS sets aside RGB lighting and OLED display to offer a very different solution: magnetic foils to attach to the power supply. If we find the style of the Strix series with gray, black and red in the form of writing, the idea is interesting and allows you to change the style at a lower cost. All you need are blank sheets to personalize them yourself.

On a more technical level, these 650W blocks are 80Plus Gold certified and the connectors are fully modular. We do not have all the full specifications, but ASUS has an ATX 20 + 4 cable, two PCI-E 6 + 2 cables (four connectors) and two 4 + 4 CPUs, which already allows a very pleasant configuration to be installed, especially because capacitors are present in each of these cables for greater voltage stability.

Finally, there is a 550W model with 80Plus Gold certification that is available at a price of 129 euros. The 650W model sells for 139 euros and the 750W model for 149 euros, depending on the store.
