Gathering some of the things that have happened at Computex this year, we can remember the short intervention by Be Quiet! . The German company has presented us with a trio of products and here we will see its silent box, the Be Quiet Pure Base 500.

Be Quiet! Pure Base 500 , the silent box

According to the brand, this 500 line of computers was born based on the criticism of its previous saga. Thanks to this, the Pure Base 500 has been created , a line of more compact, but more impressive boxes .

The tower has a large top panel that we can exchange between different pieces depending on whether we want ventilation or silence. From the factory it comes with a silent filter to enhance the theme that Be Quiet wants to infuse so much !

As we see in the same image, on the front we will have two USB 2.0 , the start button and two 3.5mm jacks for the microphone and another for the headphones. The combo seems a bit poor, but in return we have a very attractive design.

Inside we have seen that radiators of up to 360mm can be installed and with respect to hard drives, we have support for 5 SSDs and 2 HDDs . Finally, we will have a rear structure that will benefit the organization of cables.

The box holds an ATX size and is spacious enough to accept high-end graphics and cooling up to 183mm high.

The tower will come with two Be Quiet fans ! 140mm Pure Wings to boost performance with low decibels. To increase this, some interior materials are sound insulators.

Finally, let's talk about the most related to marketing. The box will come in white, gray and black colors and we can choose it with a side window or with a noise insulation panel. The starting price will be around € 70.

Silent gaming, scandal design

The tower that the German brand offers us, in its white version, seems to us like a grotesque. It has a very attractive design, a very well-kept interior and some interesting materials.

Despite its some flaws, such as poor connectivity provision, we believe we will enjoy the experience. Overall, we think it's a very good tower for an acceptable price.

If you are looking for an interesting brand that offers you something new, Be Quiet! It may be your solution.

Do you like the design of the Pure Base 500 ? Would you change something about the box design? Let us know what you think.
