Be Quiet!, a German specialist in the manufacture of power supplies and air and water cooling systems for PCs, has announced the launch of a new mounting system for the installation of its liquid AIO Be Quiet! Silent Loop on motherboards with new TR4 socket from Ryzen Threadripper processors.

Be Quiet! Silent Loop is a family of AIO liquid cooling systems that is available in various versions with radiator sizes of 120mm, 240mm, 280mm and 360mm to fit the needs of all users. These kits are manufactured using copper both in the water block and in the radiator to offer the maximum cooling capacity, which is why in our analysis it is the best system of this type of those we have tested. The use of copper in all components also prevents electrochemical corrosion that occurs in systems with the aluminum radiator.

The new mounting kit for Silent Loop will make it possible to use these advanced cooling systems with the new AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors and the TR4 socket. The TR4 socket is very different from the AM4 of Ryzen processors so heatsinks are not supported. Threadripper processors have a huge surface because they are made up of four Summit Ridge silicon pads inside, despite the fact that only two of them are active, so the maximum configuration is 16 cores and 32 processing threads.
